  @Shadow Lelouch He can. All he needs to tell his dragons to enter human form and they do it. There is no difficulty however they can't enter human form till they reach certain levels and if he doesn't know they have reached required level then he wouldn't know whether they can do it or not but he 100% knows how to transform all his dragons into human form.

  @Shadow Lelouch Nahhh. They simply unlock it. For the emerald dragon she simply became humanoid on her own which is when mc realized she has unlocked the mode. The more they level up the more they unlock modes. For the emerald dragon she needed to be lv 10 to unlock it same with the blue dragon. For the fire dragon she needed to be lvl 15 to unlock it, that is how it works

  @Shadow Lelouch Bro they don't evolve through blood it's not like they are . If you check chapter 138 you would see that when the poison dragon reached lvl 15: the system said that she only has one mode available to her which is netherworld swamp so it works based on levels but she may get a human form later though.

  @Shadow Lelouch But like I said before I could be wrong so Google it if you need. Or re read it. I am kinda lazy right now so I can't but if you wait till tomorrow then I can maybe give a more productive response. I think the poison dragon doesn't have a human form or may have but later I am not sure. Buy for now she only has swamp of the netherworld from what I am reading. I am not totally caught up yet.

  @Shadow Lelouch I Googled it but they said a human form was never mentioned for the poison dragon. I have a suspicion that she might get a full dragon mode but for now the reason why she can't enter humanoid mode is because she doesn't have it.

But I have a feeling that she might have a dragon form if she becomes dragon king since the corpse of the previous poison dragon king was in dragon form. Anyway that was the only answer I could get with my brain and through research
